pkr99 Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 By registering an account on pkr99, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration, or by simply accessing and using the platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of your first account registration or, for returning players at the time of any material update, from the date on which the updated Terms are published on the pkr99 platform.

2.3 pkr99 may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the pkr99 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2.4 These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or bonus conditions published separately on the pkr99 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotional rules, the more specific document shall prevail.

3.1 To register and maintain an account on pkr99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr99 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one pkr99 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Own Behalf: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• Not Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account closure currently in effect on pkr99 or any related platform.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pkr99 or its affiliated entities.

3.2 pkr99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3.3 pkr99 does not knowingly accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If pkr99 determines that a player has registered from a restricted jurisdiction, pkr99 reserves the right to void all bets and return the deposited balance, minus any winnings derived from gameplay during the period of ineligibility.

4.1 To access pkr99 services, you must create a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr99 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 You must notify pkr99 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. pkr99 may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

4.4 All information provided during registration and KYC verification must be truthful. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of termination.

4.5 pkr99 conducts KYC verification in accordance with its regulatory obligations. Full account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted until KYC is completed to pkr99's satisfaction. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

5.1 pkr99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, transactions, and betting markets on pkr99 are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods.

5.2 Supported payment methods on pkr99 currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. pkr99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held by someone other than the registered pkr99 account holder — are strictly prohibited. pkr99 may reverse such deposits and suspend the associated account.

5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your pkr99 account. These limits may be adjusted by pkr99 at any time.

5.5 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. pkr99 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, though these are not guaranteed and may vary subject to payment processor availability:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically within 15 minutes of approval during standard processing hours.
• Raast & 1LINK: Typically same-day for requests submitted during standard banking hours.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Typically same-day or next business day depending on the time of request submission.

5.6 pkr99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawals will not be processed until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved.

5.7 pkr99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pkr99's control.

5.8 Funds deposited on pkr99 may only be used for wagering on the platform. pkr99 does not operate as a banking or payment holding service, and deposits that are not wagered may be subject to review under pkr99's anti-money-laundering procedures.

6.1 All bets placed on pkr99 are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency, the more specific rules applicable to the game or market in question shall prevail.

6.2 A bet is considered accepted and binding only when pkr99's system has confirmed the placement and issued a bet reference number. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid, regardless of any display issue that may suggest otherwise.

6.3 pkr99 reserves the right to void any bet — and return the staked amount to the player's wallet — in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market where a pricing or technical error had occurred, resulting in odds materially different from the correct market price.
• The outcome of the event on which the bet was placed was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• pkr99 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith, in collusion with other parties, or in violation of Section 8 of these Terms.
• The event or market is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the conditions for settlement are met.

6.4 pkr99 settles cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, T20 World Cup, and other covered competitions — in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets placed on matches that are abandoned or not completed to a sufficient number of overs to constitute a valid result under the applicable rules will be voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Maximum bet limits and minimum bet amounts apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by pkr99 at any time, including after a bet has been placed for future markets.

6.6 pkr99 does not accept bets placed by automated means, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform without a human operator. Any bets identified as having been placed through automated means will be voided.

7.1 pkr99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pkr99 bonus offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on pkr99 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Cricket betting and certain casino games may contribute at different rates as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus funds have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.

7.3 pkr99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time. If pkr99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other dishonest means — pkr99 may cancel the bonus, recover bonus-derived winnings, and suspend the account.

7.4 Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria. pkr99 may restrict specific promotions to players who meet defined criteria such as account age, deposit history, or geographic location within Pakistan.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr99. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one pkr99 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing pkr99 on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pkr99 platform without prior written consent from pkr99.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or wagering on outcomes that you have sought to influence through corrupt means.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical malfunction on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on pkr99.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkr99 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel.

8.2 pkr99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where pkr99 identifies or suspects activity that may constitute a criminal offence, it will report the relevant information to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

9.1 All content on the pkr99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the pkr99 brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of pkr99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pkr99 content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of pkr99's intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or framing any part of the platform — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10.1 pkr99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

10.2 By registering on pkr99, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance purposes.

10.3 pkr99 implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL encryption and secure data storage — to protect player personal data. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and pkr99 cannot warrant absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

11.1 pkr99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkr99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, pkr99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond pkr99's reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures, provided pkr99 has implemented reasonable data backup procedures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr99 platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkr99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.4 pkr99's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 pkr99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where pkr99 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• The player has been identified as a minor or has failed to complete age verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to pkr99.

12.2 In the event of account termination due to player breach, pkr99 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where termination is determined to be the result of fraud or criminal activity, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.

12.3 Players may voluntarily close their pkr99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawal requests) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.4 Players who have activated a self-exclusion tool may not request account reopening during the active exclusion period. pkr99 will not reverse a self-exclusion at the request of the player during the agreed exclusion period.

13.1 pkr99 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page at pkr99.biz/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.

13.2 Where an amendment materially affects player rights, pkr99 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players — for example, via an in-platform notification or email to the address associated with their account. However, it remains each player's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

13.3 Your continued use of the pkr99 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3.

14.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr99 holds its international gaming licence. pkr99 operates under an international gaming licence, subject to the regulatory requirements of that jurisdiction.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising between a player and pkr99 in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pkr99's internal customer support process. Players are encouraged to contact support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue before pursuing any other remedy.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support within a reasonable period, pkr99 may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism available under its gaming licence. Players will be provided with relevant information regarding this process upon request.

14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
